This electric bike features pedal assist & all electric drive modes, a state of the art 6061 aluminium-alloy frame, 1000 watt rear hub motor, Shimano 7 speed SL-TX50-7R gears, MOZO aluminum 100mm travel suspension fork with preload, and TEKTRO HD-E500 hydraulic disc brakes.
We offer free shipping to the lower 48 US States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii there is a flat fee of $250 per bike and delivery times vary. Shipping to Canada please email us at info@bestebikestore.com

Delivery of goods:
Items are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. Holidays and inclement weather may increase these times.
Order Confirmation:

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-7 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. A signature is needed to receive the package so someone must be home to sign for the package. We will send you an email stating the delivery date. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@BestEBikeStore.com.
